Does Elegance Home N Gifts offer delivery services?Delivery is available for all furniture and products. We offer a full service delivery for an additional charge, which includes furniture, inside your home, assembly for most items and package removal. We also offer delivery at a reduced rate. With this, we will drop off your furniture in the first room off at home with no assembly or no package removal. Most decorative accents home products are shipped directly from our store using shipping method of your choice.

Do I receive an order confirmation after making a purchase?Yes. After your purchase has been made, and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include items purchased, delivery date, shipping and billing address, and a confirmation number. You will also be given a four hour delivery window. You can also check your order status at any time through the MONK portal. If you need to change your delivery date, we asked that you give us at least 24 hours notice and customer service will be available to take your calls between 10 AM and 7 PM the day before. Please remember to report all problems immediately so that we can correct the problem in a timely manner.

Will I be charged tax?Apple sales tax will be added during check out for orders shipped to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Can I track my order?Yes. You can track your order from tracking number provided or by calling customer service.

How can I change my delivery date?You can change your delivery date by giving us at least 24 hours notice. Our customer service team is available to take your calls between 9 AM to 7 PM the day before. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of any necessary changes.

What if my merchandise is delivered damaged?If there is a problem with your furniture during delivery, please contact our customer service team at 856-816-4159. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Does the full service delivery option include furniture assembly?Yes, the full service delivery option include furniture assembly. The furniture is delivered from a truck to inside of your house and set up for you. Please note that with Doorway delivery furniture assembly is not included.

How do you Charge for shipping. Is it by weight or number of pieces?Shipping costs are generally determined by distance and number of items.

What are your return and exchange policies?Products come with a limited warranty from the manufacture. Additionally, you can return or exchange any product received damaged or broken. However, all sales items are final and cannot be returned.

Can I redeem my gift card online?Yeah, shop online and choose the merchandise used by an adding items to your shopping cart. At check out the space will be provided to enter a gift card number which is located on the back of the gift card as well as a pin number is on the back.
